Marketing Co-ordinator role.
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing and Business Development:
- Keeping the CRM system updated at all times
- Ensure tender tracking software is kept updated with all new information and developments
- Draft social media posts on a weekly+ basis
- Create and maintain image library
- Ensure up-to-date library of marketing collateral, including (but not limited to) case studies, capability documents and presentations
- Co-ordinate company events and attend to welcome and check guests in
- Co-ordinate tracker of events to attend
- Support the preparation of tender submission documents (knowledge/experience of InDesign would be useful)
Pre-construction team administration:
- Filing and checking tender documents received
- Arranging tender meetings
- Co-ordinating diaries of tender teams
- Supporting with the administration of sub-contractor quotes
General office administration duties:
- Raising purchase orders
- Organising post (minimal)
- Ensuring refreshments arranged for meetings in the Birmingham office
- Keeping the office organised
- Filing
- Answering the phone and receiving guests
- Any other administrative duties required for the smooth running of the office
