- Supporting the Managing Director and the wider team with delivering the marketing strategy.
- Design and provide marketing materials, resources, and support to the sales team, whether it be for digital purposes or print.
- Create engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) for distribution to customers and social media.
- Manage the social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to regularly contact customers and drive sales.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Manage the website, ensuring everything is up to date and maximise website traffic.
- Co-ordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Track and analyse marketing performance to measure ROI and optimise strategies.
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B and B2C environment
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
- Knowledge of print marketing techniques and best practices.
- Creative ability, use of Photoshop, Adobe and other marketing and design tools
- Salary of up to £30,000
