Role Overview:As an AV Executive, you will:

  • Possess a solid understanding of the TV and VOD (Video on Demand) marketplace.
  • Assist the AV Manager in planning and executing broadcast media plans from inception to completion.
  • Manage, optimise, and track the delivery of campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date AV account administration, including delivery trackers.
  • Track and report on campaign delivery using Adalyser.
  • Share proactive opportunities within the agency.
  • Brief media owners for AV-related briefs.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to devise media plans that meet client briefs and budgets.
  • Create AV presentations, converting work into preferred formats.
  • Prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with media owners to ensure optimised schedules, including monitoring spot lists.
  • Organise and maintain client folders on SharePoint and Asana boards.
  • Prepare artwork specifications and deadlines for clients.

Work Experience Required:
