An exciting, vibrant, and awesome marketing agency seeks a talented PPC expert to join a lovely, friendly team. They are offering generous hybrid working and incredible team benefits! You will have responsibilities such as creating, implementing, and managing the strategies for key clients' Search ad accounts. There will be a wonderful team supporting you, PPC, and Social Executives, with a vision of developing client relationships and growing ad account performance. We would love to see a deep level of working knowledge of managing Paid Digital Channels and ideally, good communication skills. Location: Hybrid / Birmingham (incredible office with perks such as free drinks, yoga & workshops)

You will work across several exciting clients and sectors within a team of digital enthusiasts. You will be within a passionate, warm environment with an agency on a mission to be the best in-class with a win together, lose togethermentality.

Key responsibilities of the PPC Manager:

  • Overseeing the performance of PPC and some Paid Social clients
  • Responsible for performance, account management and team lead across clients
  • Work alongside digital experts and account teams across a range of exciting clients
  • Provide a first-class service through honest, transparent and valued ongoing communication with the team & sometimes being customer facing (there are different strengths within the team)
  • Lead on pitches alongside the digital team
  • Responsible for the retention of the client portfolio

Skills and Experience desired:

  • A solid PPC background with a track record of optimisations using Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Google Ads, Bing Ads, Analytics, Search Console & Tag Manager
  • Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads performance management.
  • Search Ads 360 knowledge and management experience preferable
  • A proactive attitude to work & to your own learning/career development
  • Experience pulling together reports & insights to feedback to clients
  • Google Ads certifications
  • Knowledge on e-commerce platforms and channels is beneficial but not essential

Package:

  • Salary 30,000 to 40,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working 3 in office, 2 from home!
