The Role

In this role, you will be supporting the sales and marketing function, becoming an integral part of the team while learning new skills. Training will be provided, with plenty of opportunities for career progression as you grow into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tender repository, assist with completion, and share relevant opportunities with the team
  • Create sales presentations and conduct research
  • Manage Microsoft Pipeline and toolset (non-technical)
  • Send client communications, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare business reports, manage sales KPIs, and support the sales team when absent
  • Participate in client meetings, conduct outreach campaigns, and assist with new CRM implementation
  • Organise event materials and liaise with event organisers
  • Update website and marketing materials, create case studies and support social media activities
