Social Media & Talent Administrator
Location: Office-based, Monday-Friday (No remote working)Hours: 20 hours per week (from April 2025), increasing to 37.5 hours per week (from August 2025)Salary: £13 per hour starting rateWeekend On-Call: 1 in 2
Are you a creative social media professional with a keen eye for content and engagement? We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Talent Administrator to manage and grow the digital presence of one of our established brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and post daily on all social media platforms
- Create engaging content to attract new talent and promote existing talent
- Update our company website with fresh imagery and content
- Interact with our audience, clients, and talent
- Provide general admin support (answering calls, emails, etc.)
- Advise on social media trends and strategies
- Take part in the weekend on-call rota (1 in 2)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement
- Excellent writing skills and a creative eye for imagery
- Ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas
- Highly organised with great communication skills
- Interest in the talent, fashion, or entertainment industry is a plus
