SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Birmingham who are recruiting for a Social Media and Google Ads Specialist to join the team. £30,000 - £35,000 Job Overview As a Google Ads and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating effective advertising strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities - Develop and Execute Advertising Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns to achieve marketing goals. - Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights. - Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to target the right demographics. - Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos. - A/B Testing: Implement and analyse A/B tests to optimize ad performance. - Compliance: Ensure all advertising activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. - Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly in the finance sector.
