We are currently working with a Care Home who are nestled in a quiet location, with views overlooking the countryside. The aim of the serviceis to create a homely environment, specialising in residential care for older people and those living with dementia. There are hiring for the latest addition to their team:

The Role - Care Lead

35 hours or 28 hours per week available

13.06 per hour

Based in Coleshill

Provideguidance, supervision, and direction to colleagues as well aslead and support others to comply with expected standards and behaviours.

Workwith other healthcare professionals to create, implement, and update care plans.

Providehands-on support to clients tounderstand their needs and work with other members of the team to ensure they understand theirjob roles.

Ensurethat the quality of care meets the highest standards.

Preparedetailed care plans that meet the individual needs of the service users

The Right Candidate:

Will have previous experience in Senior or Team Leader roles

Can demonstrate Senior experience and verbalise their background clearly

Strong Verbal and written english

Hold full un-restricted right to work in the uk

Be fully compliantand have all training up to date

Able to provide a Clear DBS / Pass a DBS background check

Have Strong industry references
