Zero-hour Contract (Temporary contract with potential to extend)

As part of our national recruitment campaign, we are seeking dedicated and experienced RMN/RGN nurses who are confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will ideally have significant previous nursing experience and demonstrate true commitment to both your own personal development and to the development of your wider team.

Do you have?

The passion to help the elderly who experience dementia, depression and other common health issues (RGM AND RMN preferred)

The ability to work under pressure during high stress situations

Effective communication Skills

The ability to empathise and handle situations with care and calmness

Leadership Skills to support and develop junior staff

Great multitasking skills

Excellent Verbal and Communications Skills

During this role you will carry out a variety of different duties including:

Assessment planning

Implementation

Evaluations of based interventions

Health care promotion within the NHS Framework

Providing a nurse service to patients while taking account of cultural and spiritual beliefs and needs

Be responsible for the appropriate risk assessment of service users and pricing guidance during the decision-making process

Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments

Requirements

Minium Three months experience

You will be responsible for setting a quality of standards for the clinical practise in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy.
