We are looking for passionate and experiencedExperienced Residential Support Worker(Children) or Senior Residential Support Worker(Children)to join our team in supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties in a beautiful rural residential setting.

Position & Pay

o up to £33,812 pa including sleep-ins

o At least 1 years' qualified experience in residential care is required.

Role Responsibilities

You will be working within our client's Birmingham based Home, providing care and support for Looked-After Children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Requirements

Hold or working towards NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Children's residential or equivalent qualification.

Experience in working with children, young people, and families, ideally in residential care.

Knowledge of childcare legislation and issues within children's social work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both young people and professionals.

Full Driving licence.

The role is subject to enhanced DBS disclosure.
