JOB TITLE: HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer
SALARY: £36 - £40k dependent on skills/experience private health care, pension, + van/fuel card + overtime,
LOCATION: Birmingham + surrounding
JOB INFORMATION -HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Engineer
- Working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out service and preventative planned maintenance according to schedules on a wide range of air conditioning appliances for commercial commercial sites and residentail apartments (communal areas only), care homes, offices etc.
- As a Air conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer you would carry out maintenance on systems such as VRV's, VRF's, Splits etc.
- Covering in and around the West Midlands you would be responsible for carrying out air conditioning service and maintenance
- Overtime is available and plentiful.
- 1 in 5 callout with standby allowance and min of 4 or 8 hours paid at OT rates

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - HVAC Engineer / Air conditioning engineer
- Good customer services skills well-presented and articulate with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Recognised air conditioning qualifications including F-Gas, City & Guilds NVQ
- As an air condiitioning engineer you will have experience of working on air conditioning service and maintenance contracts previously
- Good working knowledge/ trouble shooting skills on a wide range of air conditioning appliances including splits, VRV, VRF, Split systems etc.
- Motivated and trustworthy
