Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

TSR is seeking a proactive and skilled Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer with a fabric or plumbing bias to join a well-established Facilities Management company. Based in Birmingham, this role involves providing high-quality maintenance services across multiple client sites within the city.

The Role:As a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer, you will:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, specialising in fabric or plumbing tasks, with some general maintenance as required.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance for fixtures, fittings, plumbing systems, and other fabric-related features across commercial properties.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues independently, delivering excellent service to clients.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Manage your workload and schedule effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks.
