Job SummaryWe are looking for a versatile and skilled individual who will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing domestic environments mainly apartment blocks in Birmingham city centre. This role requires a hands-on approach to various tasks, including carrying out 4-6 isolations and day .

Qualifications Required:

• CCN1
• CENWAT
• HTR
• CKR
• TB118 Safe Isolation
• CSCS
