The Role Of The Head of Service Will Include:
*Leading and managing a team of engineers across 7 sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
*Overseeing the smooth running of operations across the UK, with occasional overnight stays as required.
* Driving continuous improvement to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Taking ownership of key responsibilities and fostering a culture of accountability within your team.

The Successful Head of Service Will Have:
* A background/understanding with mechanical and electrical engineering (essential).
* Refrigeration experience (desirable).
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Full driving license.
