Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop the Maintenance Team - Oversee day-to-day operations, manage leave and absences, and support team growth with goal setting and appraisals.
Tackle Breakdowns Effectively - Allocate resources efficiently to minimize downtime.
Be the Go-To Maintenance Expert - Represent your team in daily meetings, ensuring key breakdowns and technical issues are addressed quickly.
Optimise Critical Spares Management - Maintain accurate records, stock levels, and improve efficiency in maintenance operations.
Enhance Preventative Maintenance (TPM) - Continuously refine planned maintenance systems to keep equipment in top condition.
Support New Equipment Installations - Ensure maintenance readiness for new plant and machinery.
Ensure Compliance & Safety - Stay up to date with key regulations, including IATF16949, ISO45001, and ISO14001.
Manage Maintenance Budgets - Oversee purchase requisitions, track spending, and optimise cost efficiency.
