You will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of a range of mechanical plant and equipment, including...

  • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
  • Fan Coil Units
  • Split AC Units
  • Taps and TMVs
  • Heating and Cooling Systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintaining and installing mechanical plant and equipment
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid basic DBS certificate
