Mechanical Project Engineer (CapEX)£50,000 - £51,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Commutable From: Birmingham, Walsall, Tamworth, Marston Green, Lichfield, Cannock, Coventry24 Month Fixed Term Contract, Monday - Friday, 37 hour weekAre you a Mechanical / Project Engineer looking to take lead of exciting, and varied projects within a globally renowned, multi-billion pound company?Excellent opportunity to influence the success of different projects within a blue chip company at one of their flagship UK sites, seeing work be completed from conception to completion.The focus of this role with be co-ordinating with various departments such as maintenance, production, H&S, and finance to help implement improvements across site whilst working to budget. You will be tasked with controlling contractors on site, reporting progress to key stakeholders throughout works. This is the chance to work alongside an industry leader with a high level of autonomy, playing a key role in the continuous improvement of their facility.The Role:

  • Monday - Friday, days, 37hours
  • Variety of plant installation, refurbishment and upgrade projects
  • Site based
  • Highly autonomous role

The Person:

  • Projects experience within any manufacturing / industrial / process background
  • HND / Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Commutable to the Birmingham area
  • Looking for a FTC working within a globally recognised company
