Due to this growth, an opportunity within the building service department for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join the company.In this role you will be leading the preparation of detailed designs for construction, and oversee the team. Your responsibilities will include cradle to grave project management.   • Chartered Principal Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce design deliverables (drawings, specs, reports, site surveys etc)
  • Oversee and check calculations of engineering designs

The Person:

  • Experience in similar role
  • CIBSE Registration (CEng)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical building services
  • Ability to manage projects and teams of all levels
