We are searching for a Branch Planning Lead to craft an exceptional in-branch customer journey and merchandising solutions to drive customer engagement and grow sales.

As a Branch Planning Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative tools and layouts that transform in-branch customer journeys and POS strategies.

You will play a central role in local marketing, influencing business decisions through data-driven insights and creative solutions.

Branch Planning Lead: Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver designs and tools to optimise in-branch customer journeys and POS.
  • Support the Head of Branch Planning with the creation and implementation of impactful customer journey strategies.
  • Develop branch format designs that enhance the shopping experience and increase basket size.
  • Implement tools to audit, map, and maintain branches for easy-to-execute POS solutions.
  • Drive the integration of AI tools to ensure accurate, first-time communications and seamless customer engagement.
  • Manage the implementation of third-party partnerships to support branch growth.

Branch Planning Lead: Experience & Attributes:
  • Operational Planning: Proven ability to design and optimise visually impactful branch formats that align with business goals.
  • Customer Journey Expertise: Strong skills in mapping and enhancing customer journeys to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using financial and data insights to maximise branch profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective communicator with the ability to motivate teams and stakeholders.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools to ensure seamless and accurate communication strategies.

Suitable for: Branch Planner, Merchandising Lead, Customer Journey Manager, POS Designer, or similar roles.
