Job Title: HVAC Service Engineer (£35,000-£41,500)

Reporting to: Service Manager

Job Purpose:

The Service Engineer will operate as a mobile field specialist, responsible for resolving technical issues, conducting installations, performing maintenance, and carrying out equipment repairs. The role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's overall profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

      Maintain, service, and repair HVAC systems.

Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues and external contacts to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

Accurately record, report, and complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to implementing effective solutions.

Recognise and eliminate inefficiencies or unnecessary costs within the business.

Carry out all tasks conscientiously, adhering to Health and Safety regulations.

Ensure proper use, maintenance, and protection of company property, including vehicles, tools, equipment, stock, and materials.

Promote compliance with health and safety guidelines among colleagues and report any violations to management.

Essential Requirements:

      Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC, Gas, or a related field.

High level of mobility and flexibility.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills and technical acumen, with a focus on problem resolution.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Valid UK driving licence.

Presentable and professional appearance.
