Your new company
- Working for a large contractor involved in their void property work in the South Birmingham area's.
- Offering a temp-perm contract and looking for a skilled candidate to jump on board asap
Skills and qualities
- Looking for someone who is an all rounder on property maintenance 'a jack of all trades'.
- Working in the voids team - ideally previous experience within social housing.
- Involved in the likes of joinery, painting, plumbing, tiling etc.
Your new role
- Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Overtime is available after work or Saturday mornings
- Van, tools and fuel card are provided
- Temp - 22-23p/h CIS or Umbrella PAYE
- Perm - 33,000
- 1 stage interview
