Repairs Surveyor

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Surveyor to join an organisation to support the delivery of maintenance service including repairs, voids, planned and cyclical works.
Responsibilities of the Repairs Surveyor:
- Carry out void inspections
- Deliver a local minor adaptions service
- Support the achievement of key performance targets in the region
- Ensure contracts are delivered in line with current health and safety legislation
- Act as primary contact for the out of hours service on a rota basis for emergency call service
- Ensure contractors work is delivered in line with CDM regulations
- Attend scheme meetings
Essential Experience of the Repairs Surveyor:
- HNC in Construction or Building
- 5 years' experience within Property Maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to work flexible hours, including evening meetings and occasional overnight stays
