Exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious individual with Technical / Engineering knowledge in the residential field to join one of the country's leading consultancies where you will have the opportunity to gain chartership and progress your career.

This multi-disciplinary consultancy work offer a range of services to a number of clients. Their Development division oversee the infrastructure of large residential schemes for renowned major housebuilders. Committed to delivering a high quality service to their vast client base this company have developed long term business relationships allowing them to rapidly grow. Due to a strong pipeline of work they are now looking to add a Technical Manager to their dynamic development team.
In this role you will work on behalf of a variety of residential clients working closely with a variety of stakeholders including Engineers, Architects and Contractors ensuring designs, reports and application are submitted accurately. You will oversee the whole process from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have technical engineering or design knowledge within the residential sector. You will have experience working on section 278, 108 and 38 agreements looking to join a unique, thriving company where you can gain chartership and progress to director level.

The Role:
* Based in Birmingham or Bristol - hybrid working (in office 3 days a week)
* Working on infrastructure of large scale developments for residential housebuilders
* Overseeing the ongoing project management and delivery of projects until completion
* Liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects in a timely manner
The Person:
* Previous experience working on infrastructure projects (knowledge on section 108/278/38 agreements)
* Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
* Have Technical / Engineering experience in the Residential Sector
* Full UK Driving License
