We, at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well renowned national Legal 500 who are looking to bring in an NQ - 2PQE Family solicitor into their award winning Birmingham team. As a family solicitor you will get the chance to deal with a range of private family matters such as:
Divorce, financial disputes, emergency injunctions, applications under the Private Children Act, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation matters, including Schedule 1 applications. With this experience of managing your own caseload in these areas is desirable but not essential as well as advocacy experience.
You will have:
