An exceptional, national law firm based in Birmingham are seeking a professional, proactive individual for a Legal PA role within their Corporate team, on a full time, permanent basis . If you have previous administrative experience within a legal setting, strong communication skills and enjoy building strong working relationships with both clients and staff, then this may be the role for you!

You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will predominantly be acting as an initial point of contact for fee earners and clients to assist them with the completion of their work. Your duties could include but are not limited to tasks such as;

- Taking an active part in client care, handling basic enquiries

- Managing the production of documents

- Opening and closing of files

- Supporting in business development activities

- Assisting with external and internal events

- Monitoring the post and emails

- Minute taking

- Billing
