About the Role
As a Digital Account Director, you will take ownership of client accounts, fostering strong, long-term partnerships to ensure both growth and profitability. You will collaborate closely with client teams to deliver exceptional service, leveraging your expertise in Paid Social and PPC to ensure campaigns align with client goals and achieve measurable success. Managing budgets and overseeing media strategy and buying will be central to your role, ensuring all campaigns are both impactful and cost-efficient.
In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will mentor and guide the internal client teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You’ll play a critical role in campaign planning, from initial briefings to performance analysis, using insights to inform strategy and exceed expectations. Your ability to combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making will be essential to your success in this role.
