Gleeson are delighted to be working with a brilliant, full-service digital marketing agency in their search for a PPC Account Manager to join the team. This is a brand new role which will support clients (mix of B2B and B2C) with their Paid Search activity - budgets ranging from £1k-150k.

In this role, you'll be working closely with a team of PPC Executives to cultivate client relationships and enhance PPC account performance. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of managing Paid Digital Channels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of PPC clients.
  • Collaborate with digital experts and account teams on a diverse range of exciting clients.
  • Take responsibility for client performance outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional service through honest, transparent, and meaningful communication with clients.
  • Ensure the retention and satisfaction of the client portfolio.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with Search Ads 360, including management experience.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Google Data Studio, Zoho Analytics, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of heatmap tools, like Hotjar.
  • A proactive approach to work and personal development.
  • A strong background in PPC, with proven success in optimisation using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to compile reports and insights for client feedback.
  • Google Ads certifications.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and channels is a plus but not mandatory.

This role will be based out of our client's Birmingham City Centre offices 3 days per week, working from home for the other 2 days. The salary on offer is ranging from £37-40k - to qualify for the higher end of the banding, you must be working in a similar capacity within a marketing agency currently.
