Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Birmingham.
What the job will be doing
- Staff management with strong capability to lead and mentor
- Experience in project managing capital works from start to finish
- Experience in managing damp, mould and disrepair cases
- Ability to diagnose defects and provide solutions
What you will need
- Experience in managing contractors performance delivering building works at a project level.
- Have strong understanding of maintenance services within social housing sector
- Understanding of current building legislations
