Mobile Plumbing Engineer

As theMobilePlumbing Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMobile Plumbing Engineer,will be responsible for:

• Carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8. To be an ambassador for the Company whilst visiting customers sites.
• Maintain customer's water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines.
• To take a variety of Water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance.

To be successful for this Mobile Plumbing Engineerrole you must have:

• Experience working as a commercial Plumber within the FM sector.
• Experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable.
• Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package.
• The ability to work under pressure, being able to manage and work to deadlines.
• NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
