About the Role:

Full-time Primary Teacher role in a Catholic school teaching Year 4 students (ages 8-9).
Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that promote academic growth and development.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Work closely with the school leadership team and staff to deliver the curriculum, in line with the Catholic ethos of the school.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

About You:
For this role, you will need:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Primary Year 4 (or similar age group) in Selly Oak, Birmingham.
A strong understanding of the curriculum and how to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
A commitment to the values of Catholic education and an ability to incorporate them into teaching practice.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
A positive, professional attitude and a passion for student success.
Flexibility and a desire to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
