The Role:
As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence, collaboration, and independent thinking.
• Work closely with colleagues to share ideas and ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to teaching and learning.
• Participate in school events, extra-curricular activities, and parent consultations.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and relevant teaching experience.
• A deep understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to tailor teaching to the needs of the class.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for every child.
• A proactive and flexible approach to your professional development.
