Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Primary Teacher to work in a Primary school in Bordesley Green to join their staff on a long-term basis. The school seek to welcome and cherish every child. All staff are child centred and are willing to go the extra mile for everyone they serve.

Our client wants to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 3 class who has a good knowledge of the curriculum, can plan and deliver engaging lessons and monitor students’ progress. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including preparing tasks, planning and marking.

This Primary Teacher role is to start in September 2025 and will continue until the end of the academic year. The position is full time.

Required Skills and Experience for this Primary Teacher role:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience in KS2
Commitment to the role
Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
Plan and deliver lessons, in an engaging and creative way to your class
Marking and assessments
Raise children’s attainment
Create a positive learning environment
Effectively work alongside teaching assistants

Working for Flourish Education as a Primary Teacher you will receive:

£162.31 day rate to £223.63 day rate which equates to £31,650 per annum to £43,607 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
