Network IT a looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients. This role is based in Birmingham. The role is to join a flourishing organisation that are looking to expand their Change Team. This role would be great for anyone that has hands on experience on experience working in a Change role

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the project managers to understand and influence the direction and impact of their work across all phases of the Programme in order to translate these into operational change management activities that deliver a step change in working practices and established cultural and benefits amongst relevant stakeholders and user-communities within the Organisation.
  • Coordinating the benefits and change activities across the programme into the overall change framework and benefits portfolio across the programme supported by the establishment of the programme change methodology and group of change agents across the Organisation.
  • Utilising excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with the user communities to gain their agreement, commitment and cooperation across a broad and complex range of change initiatives. This is likely to involve significant changes to established ways of working and working practices and will therefore often be contentious.
  • Implementing process improvement methodologies in support of change initiatives, working with the programme Business Analysts to undertake requirements gathering workshops, solution design workshops, business and change readiness assessments as well as tools such as diagnostic exercises, process mapping and rapid improvement events.
  • Developing, maintaining, updating and executing individual business change communications and training plans for each workstream, working closely with the Business Transition Manager, to ensure that they are aligned with each change milestone and incorporated into the main Programme and Workstream plans.
  • Working with the Business Transition Manager to oversee the design of the training modules and materials to embed the appropriate knowledge and a common language around the change agenda in order to achieve a culture of continuous improvement at the local level.
