Were looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our technology team, reporting into the CTO via the Enterprise Systems Programme Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for preparing and supporting the onboarding of newly acquired companies onto our strategic platforms for Operations Management, Finance, and Human Resources. As Compliance Group continues to grow through acquisition, the successful integration of these companies onto our systems will be key to driving subsequent benefits and enhancing our overall group capability.

Youll work closely with senior leaders across the business, product and project teams, and our third-party delivery partners to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the change management process, drive cultural shifts, and be at the heart of transformative initiatives in a growing organisation.

What we offer:

Were looking to offer a salary of £45,000 £55,000 for this role and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) with an additional day off for your birthday.

Key responsibilities:

Identify and develop change communities and champions across the organisation, ensuring the right people are engaged to drive change from within and support the onboarding process of newly acquired companies onto our technology platforms
Conduct change impact assessments to understand how each aspect of the technology delivery plan will affect employees, and create tailored change readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions
Define and execute a comprehensive communication plan, crafting and delivering messages that explain the benefits of the programme while clarifying the impact on various employee groups. This will include creating strategies to increase engagement and adoption
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret feedback, creating actionable plans that address obstacles to user adoption and drive cultural shifts in line with the new systems. Youll lead efforts to resolve resistance and promote a positive change experience
Coordinate the creation and delivery of user training materials, working closely with delivery partners to ensure that training plans are well-executed and meet the needs of all user groups within the business

Experience required:

Youll have good experience as a change and communications practitioner, with a proven ability to create, deliver, and manage content that effectively drives organisational change, particularly in a technology-driven environment
You should have broad experience managing change resulting from implementation and optimisation projects within SMEs, ideally as part of a larger transformation programme. Exposure to all stages of the project lifecycle is essential
A natural communicator and listener, youll have a talent for building relationships at all levels within the organisation, with the ability to understand concerns and manage resistance to change across different user groups
You should be capable of developing a clear vision of "what good looks like" and communicating this effectively to less experienced stakeholders, helping to guide them through the change journey. Experience working on transformational programmes and exposure to business process design for to-be systems is important
