AsCustomer Care Manageryou will lead the team managing the development throughout thedefectsliability period and liaise between, the internal teams, customers, and contractors.To reducedefectsand lift surveys whilst ensuring genuine customer satisfactionand managing spending.
Duties include:
Manage internal and external teams
Lead on final post-completion of inspection
Drive relationships between sub-contractors and the division.
Deal with escalated or complex issues
Support the department to ensure any post-exchange issues are effectively and efficiently dealt with.
Carry out other appropriate ad hoc duties as and when required.
Analysing, reporting, and identifying areas for improvement
