We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Band 7 CAMHS Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join and lead our dedicated team, supporting children and adolescents' mental health. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference while developing your leadership skills.
Role Overview:- Position: Band 7 CAMHS CPN - Team Lead
- Location: West Midlands area
- Contract: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Rate: £30 per hour (Umbrella)
- Duration: Start ASAP, ongoing for a minimum of 3 months
- Remote Working: Potential for part remote working
- Car Driver: Essential
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and supervise the CAMHS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Caseload Management: Carry a small caseload of complex cases, delivering specialist assessments and interventions.
- Strategic Involvement: Attend management meetings, contributing to service planning and improvement initiatives.
- Support and Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their professional growth.
- Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (CPN).
- Proven experience in CAMHS and managing complex cases.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for community visits.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
