What You'll Do: As a community-based RMN, your role is crucial in delivering top-notch care to patients. Here's a glimpse of your day-to-day:
- Community Visits: Regularly visit patients in their homes to ensure their needs are met.
- Medication Administration: Provide timely medication to treat patients effectively.

What We’re Looking For:
- Active NMC Registration: You must be registered as a mental health nurse.
- Community Experience: Previous experience in a community setting is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is key, especially under pressure.
