What You'll Be Doing:

Join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) as a Community Mental Health Nurse, where you will:

• Provide rapid crisis intervention to individuals experiencing acute mental health episodes• Conduct assessments and risk management plans in urgent situations• Deliver short-term, high-intensity interventions to stabilise service users• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers• Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• NMC registration and valid pin• Experience in Crisis Teams, Home Treatment Teams, or CMHT settings• Strong risk assessment and crisis management skills• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days and nights)• A commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care

Working Hours & Contract Details:

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, covering both day and night shifts (12 hours each) to ensure continuous crisis support in the community.
