Ward Manager ( RMN )
Salary - £47,375 - £53,329 per annum
Location - Edgbaston, Birmingham
Hours - Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern - 1x 12 hour shift, rest of the week 0900am - 1700pm

Summary
We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) to work in a rehabilitation hospital for women over the age of 18. Patients within the service may be informal or detained under the Mental Health Act with a primary diagnosis of mental illness and personality disorder with complex needs.

You will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN )
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, in the UK
  • Strong team-working skills and the ability to assess and teach junior staff
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
