- Overseeing and organising the Holiday Club provision, including planning, resources, and parent communication.
- Conducting parent viewings and acting as the Deputy DSL when required.
- Supporting staff development, monitoring practice, and ensuring the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
- Performing risk assessments, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and administering first aid.
- Enhancing outdoor learning and creating a positive, inclusive environment for children.
- A Level 5 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
- At least two years’ experience in a Lead Practitioner/Teacher role.
- Excellent communication, IT, and leadership skills.
