We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded education provider for a Deputy Nursery Manager to join their team. This full-time, term-time-only role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Nursery Manager in leading and managing the EYFS department. The Role
  • Overseeing and organising the Holiday Club provision, including planning, resources, and parent communication.
  • Conducting parent viewings and acting as the Deputy DSL when required.
  • Supporting staff development, monitoring practice, and ensuring the delivery of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Performing risk assessments, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and administering first aid.
  • Enhancing outdoor learning and creating a positive, inclusive environment for children.
About YouWe are looking for a motivated and organised individual with:
  • A Level 5 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
  • At least two years’ experience in a Lead Practitioner/Teacher role.
