Flourish Education are seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support within a ‘Good' rated Nursery School. This school has provision for children from 2-4 years old and aims for free flow, indoor and outdoor play with structured activities throughout the day.

Our client is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to support children from 2-4 years old. The responsibilities include, supporting key children during play, maintaining quality relationships with children, parents and staff, contributing to IEPs when necessary.

This Early Year's practitioner role is a full-time, long-term position starting after October half-term and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The responsibilities of this Early Years Practitioner Role:

  • Supporting children in the EYFS, including those with specific needs
  • Contributing to individual Education Plans as appropriate
  • Assisting with sensory, physical, and cognitive learning difficulties
  • Promoting behavioural, emotional, and social development
  • Providing excellent communication and interaction support for children
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and the wider school team

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous UK school experience as a TA or Early Years Practitioner
  • Level 3 or above in Early Years Qualification
  • Understanding of the National Curriculum for Early Years (EYFS)
  • Experience supporting children with sensory, cognitive, or behavioural needs
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage learning activities effectively

Working as an Early Years Practitioner for Flourish Education also offers you other excellent benefits, including:
