HR Business Partner | Punjabi Speaking | £60,000 - £65,000

This is an exciting opportunity to take the number one HR role in an established, thriving and rapidly expanding family owned business. The business stepped into a new phase in the last 5 years and has ambitious growth plans to become a £500m+ turnover powerhouse in the sector over the next few years. The HR Business Partner will be commercially focused playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HR Business Partner will report into the CEO & collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team. The Role as HR Business Partner:

  • Supporting the people agenda
  • You'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.
  • Address day to day HR issues as they arise
  • Support and work with the leadership team to support change
  • Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment
  • Commercially focused
  • ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
  • Rapport builder & natural coach
  • CIPD qualified
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
  • Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver
