HR Business Partner - Leading Regulator - Birmingham with hybrid working - up to £50,000This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join one of the UK's leading regulators. Reporting into the HR Director you play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies for a specific client base. Your key responsibilities will include:-

  • Coaching, mentoring and supporting Assistant Business Partners in more complex employee relations issues
  • Supporting the organisation on the development, implementation and evaluation of organisational design change programmes
  • Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis and insight on key people issues
  • Developing strategies to ensure effective succession planning and talent development
  • Working effectively with the broad HR team and senior stakeholders

You should be an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist skill including a good knowledge of employment law and experience of managing change programmes. Strong project management skills need to be combined with a excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to develop effective people initiatives including succession planning.
