SF Recruitment have exclusively partnered with a successful growing business, based i in Birmingham City Centre. My client is looking for an experienced HRBP/ Senior HR Advisor who can come in and hit the ground running and work closely with senior management across the business in a time of fast growth and improvement.
Hours: 37.5 per week (Site Based)
Salary upto £44,000
This role requires a proactive approach and will be a generalist role and will play a key part in project work so experience within a fast-paced and growing business would be ideal. We are looking for an out-going and approachable HR professional who can come in and make a positive difference.
Day-to-day duties include;
- Strategic business partnering; developing and implementing HR initiatives
- Partnering with leadership to develop new strategies including talent management and succession planning
- Employee relations; working with and up skilling management on ER overall.
- Compliance and talent management
- Change and performance management
Skills/ Qualification;
- CIPD qualified
- 2 years experience within a similar role ideally from an SME background
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Can thrive in a fast paced and social environment
- Be a proactive and strategic thinker
