Immediate start for an operational HR Business Partner based in central Birmingham.

Frazer Jones are currently working with a financial services firm in Birmingham to help them recruit an operational HR Business Partner who can join them on a short-term assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR professional to make a tangible impact during a busy hand over period.

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as the key interface between HR and the business providing day to day operational HR support to managers and employees. You'll be expected to hit the ground running, building strong relationships quickly and providing expert advice and guidance across a range of areas which will include:

Employee Relation Case Management

Absence and Performance Management

Coaching and advising line managers

Supporting with HR policy and process improvement

To be considered for this role you will need to be immediately available, have proven success of working in a generalist HR role ideally at Business Partner level, you will have up to date UK employment law knowledge as well as the expertise and confidence to deal with employee relation case work.

As this is a short term role you will need to be a self-starter, who can come in and hit the ground running, building effective relationships with your client groups asap.
