  • Leading on workforce planning for the technology function. 
  • Acting as a transformation SME. 
  • Partnering with business leaders on change management. 
  • Key member of the technology SLT. 
  • Partnering with broader HR teams. 
  • Adoption of engagement surveys. 
Skills required:
  • Proven experience liaising and working with technology stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multi-national functions. 
  • Understanding of organisational change management. 
  • Strong communicator. 
  • CIPD qualification desirable.
