Responsibilities:
- Leading on workforce planning.
- Acting as an SME on skills=based organisation project.
- Undertaking talent risk assessments.
- Driving performance excellence.
- Working with ER teams to ensure ER issues are dealt with effectively.
- Monitoring performance metrics.
- Employee Development and Engagement: focus on driving continuous learning and career development.
- Previous experience partnering for a Technology division.
- Commercial acumen.
- Experience supporting multi-national organisations.
- Demonstrable HR experience.
