Morgan Hunt are currently working with an Industry Regulator in their search for a Recruitment and On-boarding Administrator to join their friendly Recruitment team. You'll work alongside their On-boarding Advisors and Talent Partners to provide administrative support to recruitment and on-boarding activities.You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process by providing excellent candidate care and support.The successful candidate will need to have experience working in an administrative role in a similar Recruitment / HR environment. You must also have organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to effectively manage your own time while working autonomously.Job Title: Recruitment and On-boarding AdministratorLocation: Birmingham (1 days per week office)Salary: £24,000 to 26,000 per annumJob Type: FTC (12 months)Hours: Full-time (35 hours)Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities · Responsible for managing and maintaining the recruitment central mailbox, using your initiative to escalate queries where appropriate· Support with recruitment campaign administration, which involves processing sift and interview outcomes using the ATS (applicant tracking system) and scheduling interviews· Assist with pre-employment checking tasks such as ID checks, taking DBS and reference checks etc· Co-ordinate inductions for new starters and raising Purchase Orders / budget tracking· Any other administrative tasks as required to support the team.Person Specification · Must have experience working in an administrative role in a similar Recruitment / HR environment. · Proven experience with Microsoft software suite, speci?cally; Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Teams. · Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to effectively manage your own time while working autonomously. · Experience of using HR, ATS or similar systems.· Exceptional attention to detail.
