Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting business needs through the proper HR policies and procedures
- Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
- Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics
Profile
A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:
- A deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package, estimated between £72,000 and £78,000.
- 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
