A highly impressive organisation operating within a forward-thinking sector is looking for an organised and driven PA for an opportunity in Birmingham City Centre. This individual should be keen to develop within the role through a proactive approach to learning and an ability to act on their own initiative. Directly supporting the board of directors in a fast paced environment, the responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Effective and professional diary management on behalf of the board including successful liaison with clients in regards to scheduling

  • Usage of in-house and external systems in order to co-ordinate travel arrangements for Senior Management Team

  • Full and varied administrative support on behalf of the team including expenses and timesheets through liaison with the wider administrative team

  • Expert production of reports and presentations through advanced use of Microsoft Office packages

  • Management of all company events and social calendar

  • Support on the wider office in order to oversee all relevant administrative processes

We are looking for an experienced PA with excellent systems knowledge and a can-do attitude.This role is full time, permanent working 4 days in the office and 1-day WFH. You must have solid PA and Coordination experience and be keen to work at board level.
